Using noexcept — upated

My previous post, “Using noexcept,” has been updated based on the input provided by Rani Sharoni, the key author of the noexcept feature, in this post on comp.lang.c++.moderated. Previous guidelines for using noexcept were far too limiting. I also added a section describing the difference between noexcept and throw(). Even if you have already read this article you may want to do it again, as it has changed significantly.
